Energy Efficiency, Inc. is not your typical home inspection company.   A typical home inspection includes a visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from the foundation to the roof.  A home inspector will describe the condition of the home, and will recommend further evaluation or remedies for any problems that are found.

Energy Efficiency, Inc. doesn't stop there.  In addition to the visual home inspection, we also conduct a home energy audit using infrared thermal imaging technology and other equipment to find ways that the home is losing precious dollars in energy costs.  We will then provide you with recommendations on the most cost effective energy enhancement opportunities for your home.

Kevin Etter, owner of Energy Efficiency, Inc., has been in the energy business for 9 years.  He spent 6 years as a power lineman, and 3 years as an energy efficiency specialist.  With rising energy costs, he saw the need to expand and form his own home energy inspection company.
